How to Export Submissions as PDFs?
Step 1: Gather Submissions
Before exporting your form entries as PDFs, please "Publish" your form or do a "Test Submission."
Step 2: Submission Results
Once your form gets responses, go to the “Results” tab, then “Submissions”, and select the submissions you want to export as PDFs.
Step 3: Export as PDF
Once you’ve selected the submissions, Click on the “PDF icon” under “Submitted At”. This will convert the form entry and will show up as a PDF document.
Step 4: Send submission copy
You can automatically send a copy of the form submission to the respondent using the “Autoresponder” under “Automation”.
