Within the questions you have multiple options to make the questions to your liking. It's extremely customizable, from design options body style/text size, font, style, to non-essential effects that improve the experience for users filling up these surveys. It provides logic options for you to change the order or visibility of questions. and an email sending feature with your own SMTP account (although I didn't use it). Their support is awesome, nothing like I've experienced. I received a straighforward answer for a feature I was trying to find, encountered an technical issue that would require a re-deployment to fix, and they acknowledged the issue, promising to keep me updated on when it was fixed.
