From the Share tab, assign roles to individuals or whole teams on each form.
In a delivery form, for example, the delivery person can only collect e-signatures — every other field stays locked to the rest of the team.
In the Teams section, invite by email and set their role as Member — not Maintainer, who can edit the whole form.
Select the field you want to restrict, open Advanced settings, and enable Field Assignee.
Choose Add Role, give it a name, then add members or a whole team. Only they can edit and fill out this field.
Repeat for any other restricted fields, then publish the form and share the link.
