Collect real files, not 5MB attachments
100MB file uploads on the free plan. Respondents can attach PDFs, photos, resumes, or videos directly from desktop or phone camera. Most free tiers cap at 5MB or block file fields entirely.
Native integrations, not Zapier required

You need to remove the Formester logo
The footer credit is fine on internal forms and most small-business sites. If you're building white-label for a client, sending a form to enterprise procurement, or running a branded campaign, the Personal plan strips it.
You want conditional logic
Branching, calculated fields, and skip-logic are on Personal+. If your form has more than 8 fields and not every respondent should see every question, you'll want this.
You need API access or 50GB of file storage
