Why connect them

Your form data, organized inside SharePoint

No CSV exports and no Power Automate flow to maintain. Responses land in the workbook or list your team already opens every day.

Two destinations

Add rows to a SharePoint List or Excel workbook

Write submissions to a workbook in any document library, or add them as items in a SharePoint List — whichever your team works in.

Real-time sync

Rows appear as responses come in

Each submission is sent right after it's made, so the workbook or list stays current without a scheduled export.

Column mapping

Map fields to columns your way

Match every SharePoint column to a form field. Values are converted to the column's type, and anything that doesn't fit is left blank instead of dropping the row.

Microsoft 365

Ready for Excel, Power BI and Teams

Because the data sits in SharePoint, it inherits the permissions your organization already uses and opens straight into the rest of Microsoft 365.

How it works

Connect SharePoint in 3 steps

Connect your Microsoft account once — there's no Power Automate flow to build. After that, choose where each form should write and its responses show up in SharePoint on their own.

01

Add SharePoint from the Automate tab

Open your form, head to Automate → Integrations, find the SharePoint card, and click Add integration.

02

Connect your Microsoft account and pick a site

Select a connected Microsoft account or add a new one, then search for your SharePoint site by name — or paste a site URL if you don't see it listed.

03

Choose a destination, then map your columns

Send submissions to an Excel workbook in a document library, or to a SharePoint List. Use an existing one or create a new one, map each column to a form field, and click Update integration. New responses are added from then on.
