STEP 1
Go to Automate
Open Formester and click on Automate. Then choose AI Workflow and click create new workflow.
STEP 2
Give your workflow a name
Add a clear name so you know what this workflow does later. For example Job Application Review.
STEP 3
Set the trigger type
Choose how the workflow should start.
Select Form submission if you want it to run every time someone submits the form.
Select Manual trigger if you want to run it only when you click a button.
STEP 4
Enter your AI prompt
Write a simple instruction for the AI. For example, analyze the job application and give a short summary of the candidate.
STEP 5
Save and test the workflow
Submit a test form or manually trigger the workflow to see how the AI works. Check the AI output inside the workflow. You can view summaries, insights, and notes in one place.
