Set It Up in Minutes
STEP 1
Log In and Open Integrations
Start by logging in to Formester and creating a new form. You can use the AI form builder to save time.
STEP 2
Choose Your Email Provider
Select Gmail or Outlook for instant connection via OAuth. For other services, click Add Integration to start manual setup.
STEP 3
For Custom SMTP Add Details
Click the three dots, then Add Account. Fill in:
Integration Name
Username
Integration Password
Port
SMTP Server
From Name
From Address
Example: smtp.mailgun.org
STEP 4
Connect and Save
Click Save to activate. Formester will now send all email notifications from your connected business email.
STEP 5
Select Your New SMTP Address
Go to Email Notifications and Autoresponders for your form, and choose your newly added SMTP address as the sender. This ensures all form alerts and auto-replies are sent from your custom email.
